Munchie
This little guy is a rescue pup - he was found on the road by some kind people who immediately took him to the vet. He was estimated to be around 3 weeks old when found. He was in terrible shape - he had a large abcess on his leg and had to have his tail amputated because of injuries and infection.
Because Mystik had recently had a litter and was still producing milk we were asked if we would consider taking him.
Mystik, being the awesome Boxer that she is, accepted him immediately. She seemed to know that he was a special needs baby and was extra careful with him. As you can see from the photo (Munchie w/ his favorite toy) he recovered pretty well. Due to some continuing complications he eventually did go to live with his vet. With a lot of time and care he now has achieved a full recovery and has been adopted by some wonderful people. |
