| Sales Agreement Terms of Sale: |
| 1. All Puppies are guaranteed to be free of communicable diseases at time of sale. The buyer MUST have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours from date of delivery. Failure to do so will result in any and all guarantees becoming null and void. Seller accepts no responsibility for any communicable diseases after 48 hours. This includes but is not limited to: Parvo, Distemper, or Corona. 2. If a serious health problem is noted during the above examination, seller must receive a written statement from buyer's veterinarian within 7 days from date of examination. Upon verification by seller's veterinarian of stated health problem, puppy must be returned to seller, unless otherwise agreed by seller. When available, the buyer will be provided with another puppy of the same sex, quality, and value. 3. This pup is guaranteed against any congenital or hereditary defects that would prevent it from living a normal life. Written proof from a Veterinarian of such defect must be presented (and may be verified by seller's Veterinarian.) Should any such defect become evident within the first year after purchase, the pup will be replaced with a comparable pup at the earliest possible time. No cash refund or other compensation for expenses will be given. This pup has been inspected by the seller's Veterinarian and is certified healthy at the time of sale. This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undescended testicles, injuries, fleas, mites, ringworm, demodex, kennel cough, hernias, coccidia, giardia, or any other intestinal worms/parasites, as they are common in dogs and puppies. 4. Seller does not guarantee show or breeding ability. 5. The buyer agrees to provide a suitable environment for this dog and will not allow it to run loose in an unsupervised manner. The buyer agrees to not leave dog in a car, unsupervised, on hot days, or allow it to be transported in the back of an open vehicle without being confined in a kennel crate. 6. No replacements will be given due to problems from buyer's neglect. However, if neglect is noted, buyer agrees to return dog to seller. 7. No guarantees are made regarding temperament. The temperament of your puppy is based on the amount of time YOU give to your dog and to its develoment and socialization. Puppy Kindergarter/Puppy Obedience classes are recommended for all puppies. Proper socialization and training is a must for your puppy to be a well adjusted, welcome member of your family. 8. Although we try to predict mature size of our pups, we do not guarantee it. 9. In all cases where a replacement is to be made by seller, the buyer agrees to return the puppy along with AKC papers and veterinary records to the seller, unless otherwise agreed upon by seller. Buyer agrees to follow recommended vaccination schedule and vet exams for the puppy. Buyer agrees to provide yearly vet exams. 10. Seller is not responsible for any problems with landlord, family members, or allergy conditions. Seller will help in placement if buyer is unable to keep him/her for any reason. 11. Seller is NOT responsible for ANY vet bills incurred. 12. Any and all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. 13. Contract is not valid unless it is signed. 14. All guarantees are null and void if buyer fails to follow any of the above terms. Upon signing below, both buyer and seller agree to all terms and conditions stated within this contract. Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Minnesota, in the County of LeSueur. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in LeSueur County, Minnesota.
