TERMS OF SALE:
1. All puppies are guaranteed to be free of communicable diseases at time of sale. The buyer MUST have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hrs from date of delivery. Failure to do so will result in any and all guarantees being cancelled. Seller accepts no responsibility for any communicable diseases after 72 hrs.
2. If a serious health problem is noted during the above examination, seller must receive a written statement from buyer's veterinarian within 7 days from date of examination. Upon verification by seller's veterinarian of stated health problem, puppy must be returned to seller, unless otherwise agreed by seller. When available, the buyer will be provided with another puppy of the same sex, quality and value.
3. This pup is guaranteed against any congenital or hereditary defects that would prevent it from living a normal life. Written proof from a Veterinarian of such defect must be presented (and may be verified by the seller's Veterinarian.) Should any such defect beome evident with the first year after purchase the puppy will be replaced with a comparable pup at the earliest possible time. No cash refund or other compensation for expenses will be given. This pup has been inspected by the seller's Veterinarian and is certified healthy at time of sale.
4. The buyer agrees to provide a suitable environment for this dog and will not allow it to run loose in an unsupervised situation. The buyer agrees to not leave this dog in a car in hot temperatures without adequate ventilation and shade, or allow it to be transported in the back of an open vehicle without being confined in a kennel crate.
5. No replacements will be given due to the problems that result from buyer neglect. However, if neglect is noted, buyer agrees to return dog to seller.
6. No guarantees are made regarding temperament. The temperament of your puppy is based on the amount of time YOU give to your dog and to its development and socialization. Puppy Kindergarten/Puppy Obedience classes are recommended for all puppies. Proper socialization and training is a must for your puppy to be a well-adjusted, welcome member to your family.
7. Although we try to predict mature size of our pups, we do not guarantee it.
8. In all cases where a replacement is to be made by seller, the buyer agrees to return the puppy along with AKC papers and veterinary records to the seller unless otherwise agreed upon by seller. Buyer agrees to follow recommended vaccination schedule and vet exams for the puppy. Buyer agrees to provide yearly vet exams.
9. Seller is not responsible for any problems with landlord, family members, or allergy. Seller will help in placement of the puppy if buyer is unable to keep him/her for any reason.
10. Seller is NOT responsible for ANY vet bills incurred.
11. Any and all deposits are NON - REFUNDABLE.
12. Contract is not valid unless signed.
13. All guarantees are null and void if buyer fails to follow any of the above stated terms.
